Our free digital skills courses are as follows:Let’s Start IT An introduction to IT for adults with no or little experience of using digital devices or the internet. These drop-in sessions offer support for using digital devices for the first time. Learn about the computer and its components, the internet and how to stay safe online.Bring IT On For adults with some experience of using digital devices and the internet but who would like to gain more confidence in their IT skills. Book your place to learn the digital skills needed to benefit from the digital world. Learn how to access reliable information, communicate with Email and use Microsoft Word.Make IT Real For adults with their own digital device. Come along and learn how to make the most of your device by making it work for you. Book your place and use your device to communicate through messaging services, access entertainment and shop online safely. Device Advice If our digital skills courses don’t fit your busy schedule, Device Advice is for you. Book a half hour appointment for help with your digital device. Times vary across our library branches, please ask a member of staff for more details.Our digital skills courses run throughout the year.
